How to Update a Users Profile in the Nitro Admin Portal

To update a user’s profile in the Nitro Admin portal, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log In. Sign in to the Nitro Admin portal as a Global Admin using this link: Nitro Admin Portal

Step 2: Navigate to Users. Go to the "Users" section of the Nitro Admin Portal.

Step 3: Select the User. Find the user whose profile needs updating:

  • Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to their name and select "Edit User", or simply click on their email address:

Step 4: Update Profile. You will be taken to the user’s profile page, where you can update their information. You can also perform other actions here, such as resetting their password, modifying their license and roles in the portal, or deleting their profile. Make the necessary changes and save them to update the user’s profile.
