Create a PDF from the Clipboard or Screen Captures

Use the Create PDF from Clipboard tool to create a PDF file from an image in the clipboard. The PDF file uses the same dimensions as the image.

Create a PDF from a clipboard image

  1. Copy an image to the clipboard
  2. On the Home tab, click PDF > From ClipboardCreate PDF Document From Any File

Tip: To capture a screenshot, use the Snapshot tool:

  1. On the Home tab, in the Tools group, click Select
  2. Click Snapshot
  3. Capture the required area
  4. Use Create PDF from Clipboard to create the PDF
