Convert a PDF to a PowerPoint file  

 

Note : PDF to PowerPoint conversion does not preserve the exact layout and formatting. Nitro PDF Pro generates a reusable PowerPoint file that retains the visual appearance and structure of the original PDF document. 


  1. Navigate to the Convert tab  
  2. Click the To PowerPoint button  Convert tab
  3. The Convert PDF to PowerPoint window opens  Convert to PPT
  4. Click the Add Files button to add your files  
  5. Click Remove to remove selected files.   
  6. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the file order.   
  7. To select specific pages, click Choose Pages  
  8. To include all open PDF documents, select the checkbox  
  9. In the Output section, select where to save the files:   
    • Folder of original file   
    • Specific folder   
    • Ask during the process   
  10. Click Convert to start the process, or click Cancel to stop it  

Advanced Text Recovery  Settings 

Advanced text recovery helps convert PDFs that use non-standard fonts. These fonts can cause incorrect characters in the output file.  

  1. Go to Preferences on the Home page  
    Or in the conversion window, click Options  
  2. Navigate to Conversion   
  3. Select Advanced text recovery

Options  

  • All text: Apply advanced optical recovery to all text. All text uses the same font in the output file.   
  • Just problem text: Apply recovery only to problem text. Keep the original font where possible.   
  • Do not fix problem text: Do not repair problem text.   
  • Text recovery language: Select the language for text recognition.   
  • Automatically OCR image-based documents before conversion: Use OCR to recognize scanned text before conversion.
