How to Update Existing SSO Setup for Okta

Admin Portal

Step 1: Get the Additional Reply URL from the Nitro Admin Portal

1. Log in to the Nitro Admin Portal. 
2. Select Settings from the left navigation pane. 
3. Navigate to the Single Sign-On tab. 
4. Under ACS URL, click Copy URL 2. 

Step 2: Add the Additional URL to Your Okta Setup

1. Log in to the Okta Admin Console. 
2. Go to Applications. 
3. Select Nitro from your list of applications.

4. Click the "General" tab. 
5. In the SAML Settings section, click Edit.

6. Click 'Next' to progress to Configure SAML step.

7. Click 'Show Advanced Settings.'

8. Locate the 'Other Requestable SSO URLs' field. 

9. Click 'Add Another,' then paste the ACS URL you copied from the Nitro Admin Portal and leave the 'Index' field blank. 

Important: Okta does not support query parameters (e.g., ?connection=xxxx) in the Requestable SSO URL. Therefore, only add: https://auth.gonitro.com/login/callback


10. Continue through the remaining steps by clicking 'Next' on each page, and then click 'Finish' to save your changes.
11. Notify Nitro that the IdP is updated
