Our current localizations for Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro PDF Pro Essentials:

To change the language of your Nitro PDF Pro or Essentials for MacOS instance please navigate to Apple's 'System Preferences and select 'Language and Region'
Under 'Applications' please add Nitro PDF Pro or Nitro PDF Pro Essentials and then select your preferred language from the available options.
Once set, please relaunch Nitro PDF Pro for MacOS and our software should display in the language you selected.
