Not receiving emails from Nitro?
If you are not receiving any emails from Nitro such as the confirmation email during your initial sign-up or any eSignature request emails, please check the following:
Note: All emails from Nitro are signed with DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) and can be trusted.
- Verify that the email you have entered is correct, and does not contain any typographical errors.
- Check your spam / junk folder, as some of your organizations? firewalls and spam filters may automatically direct the email to spam
- Ensure that ?noreply@cloud.gonitro.com? is marked as a safe sender in your email client
- Check with your organization?s IT department to verify that the domains "eu-west-1.amazonses.com" and "gonitro.com" are whitelisted

- Verify that no automatic forwarding is set up on the email account. If the recipient still does not receive the email, try to resend the document or invitation to an alternate email address from a different provider.
