IP addresses for 18-digit serial number activation servers

For our customers whose Nitro PDF Pro licenses use an 18-digit serial number for activation/deactivation, this article offers insight into connecting to our activation/deactivation servers if your computer, server or network does not have the correct ports open for communication, or is not allowing traffic through to the applicable IP addresses.

Please whitelist the following IP addresses:
 

• IPv4: 20.237.110.18 port 80 & 443
• IPv6: 2603:1030:20c:9::2c2

Please verify that there is network traffic / communication allowed via ports 80 and 443 through any firewalls that may be present.
