Nitro PDF Pro for MacOS allows you to specify the default zoom level and keep it persistent across multiple documents.
To select a default zoom level:
Step 1: Settings. Choose Nitro PDF Pro from the Menu bar, and then select "Settings".
Step 2: General. Click on the General tab.
Step 3: Zoom. Under ?Default zoom,? select 100%, 150%, ?Fit to Page,? or ?Fit to Width?
