How to Invite a Single User Through the Nitro Admin Portal

You can easily invite a user to your Nitro account using the Nitro Admin portal by following these steps:

Step 1: Sign In. Go to and log in to the Nitro Admin Portal as a Global Admin or Account Owner here: Nitro Admin Portal

Step 2: Access the Users Section. Once logged in, find and click on the "Users" tab in the Nitro Admin portal:

Step 3: Invite a New User. Click on the "Invite Users" button:

Step 4: Enter User Details. Fill in the following information for the new user, and assign the user an Admin role if needed:

Step 5: Send the Invitation. After entering the details, click "Send Invite." The user will receive an email with a link to set up their Nitro account.



By following the steps above, Nitro Global Admins or Account Owners can successfully invite a single user to join their Nitro account.
