Users who wish to delete their Nitro account can do so by following the steps below in this article.
Note: For users who belong to an organization with a business account with Nitro, please contact your organization's Nitro Global Admin or local IT support group, who will be able to delete your account for you.
Steps to delete a Nitro account for individual users:
Step 1: Log in. Sign in to your Nitro Account page via the following URL: https://account.gonitro.com/
Step 2: Navigate to your profile. Once signed in, please click the "Profile" option from the left-hand side navigation panel to access your personal profile, and then click "Edit Profile":
Step 3: Delete account. Within the "My Profile" view, select Delete Account:
All records of your account will be deleted within 30 days from Nitro once the deletion has been confirmed:
By following the above steps, individual users can successfully delete their Nitro account.
