Steps to cancel your Nitro Pro subscription renewal
Step 1: Log in. Log into the Nitro Admin portal via the following link: https://admin.gonitro.com
Step 2: Manage. Click the 'Manage Subscription' option within the Nitro Admin portal:
Step 3: Disable the renewal. On the Subscription Overview page, find the "Auto-Renewal" setting and toggle it to "Disabled":
Step 4: Complete. After disabling auto-renewal, your Nitro Pro subscription will expire on the next billing date shown on the Subscription Overview page. You will not be charged again once auto-renewal is turned off.
