If you have recently installed a new application or updated a program that Nitro PDF Pro is integrated into, and the integration is no longer working as it did previously, a Repair will often fix the issue.
Steps to repair Nitro PDF Pro:
Note: Prior to running a repair, please be sure to close any open programs. A good rule of thumb is to reboot your machine, close anything that opens automatically, then run the repair as outlined above.
Step 1: Control Panel. Click Start, type "Control Panel" and launch the Control Panel app.
Step 2: Programs. Locate the "Programs" app within Control Panel. If you do not see this, hit the "View by" drop down and choose "Category":
Step 3: Programs and Features. Click the "Programs and Features" app in this dialog:
Step 4: Nitro PDF Pro. Locate Nitro PDF Pro in the list of programs and select it.
Step 5: Repair. Hit the "Repair" button at the top to begin the repair process for Nitro PDF Pro:
Step 6: Complete. Follow the prompts to complete the repair process.
By following the above steps, users can successfully run a repair process on their Nitro PDF Pro installation to correct issues that may occur after other applications get updated.
