Changing a Nitro Account email address
On occasion, a Nitro account email address may need to change - for example, if a user undergoes a name change, or a domain change within the organization - in cases where an email address change is required, a support case will need to be opened with Nitro along with an explanation of why and request. Nitro support will process the email address change for you and reply back letting you know when it has been completed.
