Nitro PDF Pro for MacOS provides the ability to deskew a page or document independent of OCR.
- Deskew a page: choose Edit > Deskew Page
- Deskew a document: hold down the Option key while choosing Edit > Deskew Document. If you let go of the Option key, the menu item will switch back to Deskew Page.
To deskew a page when performing OCR, select ?Deskew pages automatically when performing OCR? under PDFpen/Pro > Preferences > OCR.
