About the Nitro PDF Pro - Outlook add-in
When you install Nitro Pro onto your computer, Nitro will also install the Nitro PDF Pro - Outlook add-in, which appears as a tab in the Outlook ribbon, allowing you to quickly create PDF files and change your conversion settings with just a few clicks from within Microsoft Outlook:

How to use the Nitro Add-In:
To convert a single Email to PDF:

In Outlook, double-click the Email you need to convert to PDF.

Click the Nitro Pro tab, and then click Create PDF.

Choose a location on your hard drive to save the new PDF file, and then click Save.
To convert a single Email to a secure PDF:

In Outlook, double-click the Email you need to convert to PDF

Click the Nitro Pro tab, and then select the Apply Security checkbox

Click Create PDF, the Create Secure PDF dialog appears

Choose your desired security options and then click Create

Choose a location on your hard drive to save the new PDF files, and then click Save
To convert an entire folder to PDF:

In your Outlook inbox, right-click on the folder that contains the Emails you want to convert

Select, "Create PDF From Folder "(Folder Name)"

You will receive a message with the Email count and if you want to continue. Select, YES

Choose a location on your hard drive to save the new PDF files, and then click Ok
To Convert Attachments from Outlook:

In your Outlook inbox, select the Email(s) you want to convert the attachments to PDF

Click the Nitro Pro tab, and then click " Create PDF > From Attachments in Selected Email(s)"

Choose a location on your hard drive to save the new PDF files, and then click OK
To Convert Multiple Emails Into One PDF:

Go to Outlook, sort emails by date (or whatever order you would like to have them combined)

Select the emails that you would like to combine

From within Outlook, go to the Nitro Pro tab in the toolbar

Go to the Multiple Emails to: drop-down box and select PDF Package this will combine the emails into a single PDF. (The default setting is PDF Files, which creates separate PDF files)

Click Create PDF
